The goal of the Greater Eldora Chamber of Commerce is to improve the economy and quality of life in Eldora and Hardin county. The Chamber also concentrates on offering a broad spectrum of benefits and services to its members.

New Business Contacts:
The Chamber can put you in touch with hundreds of people who could become new clients, customers, or patients. Some of the many events you can attend as a member to expand your contacts include:
Committee and Task Force Meetings: Participation in committee activities and working with others on major projects and events offers members additional opportunities to meet business and professional people with similar interests.
Special Events: Community wide and special events throughout the year bring members together for both business and pleasure.
"Chamber After Hours" mixers: Member get-togethers where members can meet, exchange cards and talk business in a relaxed and informal setting. Also, a great way to show off a remodeling, location move, or new products or services.
Referrals: The Chamber receives hundreds of requests each year for recommendations on goods and services to be purchased in the Eldora area. We refer Chamber membersfirst to these newcomers, visitors and residents.
Member in Need of Assistance: Members assisting other members with free labor in painting businesses, moving to another location, remodeling, etc.
Publicity and Exposure:
There’s no better way to get your company’s name before the public and business community than through Chamber membership. Available to members, at little or no cost, are the following:
Business Referrals: Remember Chamber members get their businesses referred first! When we receive calls for information on businesses in Eldora, Members come first!!
Newsletter: Our new quarterly newsletter will feature a listing of all new members, as well as a list of updates and accomplishments of our members and their businesses.
Ribbon Cuttings: New businesses are invited to sign-up with us for a Ribbon Cutting by Eldora Chamber and Business members to celebrate a grand opening, remodel or relocation. Ribbon cuttings include a photo of the event in the Eldora newspaper.
Advertising Opportunities: New!! Chamber Members are now eligible to receive a free page on our website per business as part of their yearly membership dues! Chamber members can also participate in special group advertisings in and around Eldora.
*Promotional Literature Distribution: Members can display brochures or other materials in the Chamber office at no cost, giving your business exposure to many people who browse through our information center.
